Believe it or not, I can have hip bones AND pizza. I can have gapped thighs AND cheese cake. I can have confidence AND eat nachos. In fact, I can be FAT and still be confident. Whoever thinks that never eating treats again is a moron. Yeah, I have chocolate sometimes and I have pancakes occasionally and I have muffins sometimes too. Am I fat? No. Do I shoot myself afterwards? Of course not. In my eyes, I go to the gym to feel great and getting fit and/or losing abit of weight is really just a bonus. I’ll eat whatever I like, thank you. 90% of the time, I eat very healthily and stick to my daily 1000 calorie budget. But if I feel like having a muffin or some chocolate or even a big bowl of fries, you better believe I’m gonna fucking have it. AND be confident and be the same weight I was before the fries.
