Believe it or not, I can have hip bones AND pizza. I can have gapped thighs AND cheese cake. I can have confidence AND eat nachos. In fact, I can be FAT and still be confident. Whoever thinks that never eating treats again is a moron. Yeah, I have chocolate sometimes and I have pancakes occasionally and I have muffins sometimes too. Am I fat? No. Do I shoot myself afterwards? Of course not. In my eyes, I go to the gym to feel great and getting fit and/or losing abit of weight is really just a bonus. I’ll eat whatever I like, thank you. 90% of the time, I eat very healthily and stick to my daily 1000 calorie budget. But if I feel like having a muffin or some chocolate or even a big bowl of fries, you better believe I’m gonna fucking have it. AND be confident and be the same weight I was before the fries.

Me getting on the treadmill/getting outside: Okay, only 15 minutes and I’ll be done. 
- 14 minutes later -
Brain: Oh keep going, just 6 more minutes and it’ll be 20!
- 5.9 minutes later -
Brain: You may as well go for 30 minutes, keep going, woohoo!
- 29 minutes later -
Brain: Go on… just a few minutes more!
- After a 45 or 60 minute run… -
Brain: Woohoo, damn that was good! I LOVE running!
Legs: Fuck you. Fuck off. Now.
Heart: *crying*
Lungs: Are… you… fucking with me?

And so the cycle continues…

Oatmeal pizza crust recipe!
Adapted from blogilates.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup water
Mix the ingredients together and let them sit for about 5 minutes. I didn’t think it would work, but be patient, it will! Then pour them into a pan and basically cook like you’re cooking a pancake. Shape the oat mixture into a circle and then flip when the bottom is hard and begins to sizzle! Then put your toppings on it while it’s still on the burner if you want cheese to melt!
I topped it with salsa, cheese, and spinach, but you can try many different things.

Tips for running uphill:
-Run on your toes. 
-Pump your arms vigorously.
-Drive your knees upwards. You want your foot to hit at about a 90 degree angle as you go up the hill.
-Breathe in your nose and out your mouth. Try to regulate it into a slow, relaxed, rhythm. 
-Relax your shoulders- they’re probably going to be tensed up.
